Introduction Welcome to RepairMe, a software application (“App”) offered by Manu Software, LLC. By accessing or using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
License RepairMe, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal use. The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, and may not be used for any commercial purpose without Manu Software, LLC's prior written consent.
Payments
The User may purchase a license to use the App for a specified period of time by making a payment through the App or through the Manu Software, LLC website. All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Manu Software, LLC. Manu Software, LLC reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with or without notice to the User.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like (“Materials”), are owned by Manu Software, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The User agrees not to copy, modify, create derivative works from, sell or license any of the Materials.
Warranties and Disclaimers
THE APP AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE USER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP. SPECIFICALLY, REPAIRME, LLC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION.
User Conduct
The User agrees not to use the App for any illegal purpose or in any manner that is inconsistent with these Terms. The User agrees not to upload or transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that may infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Termination
Manu Software, LLC may terminate or suspend the User's access to the App at

Thank you for considering our software application. We have a strict no refund policy in place for all purchases of our software application with online payment acceptance. Once the purchase is made, we consider it final and non-refundable.
